The 74ACT04 hex inverter gate contains six independent inverters performing the Boolean function Y = Ā. Internal circuitry comprises three stages with buffered output. Inputs are directly compatible with both standard TTL & CMOS outputs.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild 74HCT04, Motorola MC74HCT04, RCA HARRIS 74HCT04 and Texas Instruments SN74HCT04 / SN74HCT04-W or CD74HCT04 / CD74HCT04-W
